eurgh so good always wanted a contax after seeing Ibraar Hussains photos
If you don't want to pay the hipster tax get a Contax SLR, the 139 is small, especially with the 45mm pancake on it.

Random one, anyone ever used Lloyds pharmacy film? My folks found them in the loft mid house move.
One expired sept 98, the other June 2001. They going to be completely naff?

Could be fucked, kinda depends where they've been stored. Always worth a try! General rule when shooting expired film, over expose 1 stop for every decade they've been expired (so you'd be shooting both of those around 50iso!)

I'd wait for some sun if you do, and as Max says above, overexpose.

Ah cool, thanks. Might leave them till summer rolls around again then.

I'm trying to remember the name of a photographer to no avail, can anyone help?
He is most famous for portraits of his (working-class) parents. Pretty sure he is from the West Midlands somewhere—potentially Stoke-on-Trent.
EDIT: found him, it's Richard Billingham

like the mood in those picturesRegarding the dust I think a lot of people use canned air.
I stopped bothing at some point / just blew big specks of dust off, and just cleaned the scans in Photoshop later.. -

..sorry if I'm stating the obvious / if you are already aware, but did you look at the cost per print including ink catridges, paper, etc.?
I did consider getting a proper inkjet printer as the convenience of doing stuff at home is nice, but figured for me it would be a smart idea to keep using an online printing service. They do really nice stuff including glicée print on Hahnemühle papers now for just a few bucks...
how much you after for them?
