Anything with an upright enough position should be fine. My Kr8 bakfiets worked well for me (6'5") and my OH (5'9") - it just had a QR on the seatpost for speedy adjustment.

What other cargo bikes apart from terns are flexible enough to be used by two, very different height, riders?
R&M Load & Packster both have similar amounts of adjustability.

My Yuba spicy curry works great for me at 6'1 and wife at 5'3 with nothing more than a QR seatpost adjust. I thought the tern gsd felt way too short in reach, even with the adjustable stem thing. Upright bikes are very forgiving for sizing.
