FS: Clear out (track wheelset, saddles, stems etc)

I've got a few bits lying around that have been either purchased by mistake or just aren't used so need to go. I'd prefer collection but I'm happy to meet if not too far.

I'd like to get rid of these and the prices may be off so I'm open to offers but most of it is cheap stuff anyway.

All items based in W10.

Navigator Pista (Tubular) wheelset w/ new and unused Continental Sprinter tyres - £100? open to offers.
From a recently purchased track bike, never been used outside and come with unused Conti Sprinter tyres. Look pretty good condition and I haven't ridden on them since picking up the bike, just been sat in my bedroom.

Brand New Shimano 105 R7000 11-SPEED CASSETTE (11-32) - £45
Bought the wrong size by mistake so has never been taken out of the box and has been sitting around in case I found myself on holiday doing alpine climbs. Not going to happen anytime soon.

Continental Mountain King CX tyres (32mm) - £45
I've never put these on as I have Challenge tyres instead. Bought 'second hand' for same price although they look pretty much brand new. Nice looking tyres and happy to keep them if they don't sell as a spare set but could go to a better home seeing as it's the season.

Sugino Crankset - £30
Also bought as a mistake last year for a failed project so never used, paid about £40 for them so I'd like to see the back of them.

Cannondale Spidering 53/39 - £30?
I appreciate it's pretty used but it has a bit of life left in it.

Selle Italia Saddle - £15
Taken from the same purchase as the wheelset, I have a different saddle to go on the bike so is of no use. It has been on the seatpost but is as new condition and hasn't been used.

Ritchey Handlebars - £10
Ritchey stem 110mm +/- 6 degrees - £10

Saddles - £5/10?
Two saddles that have come from somewhere and take up space, yours for a fiver or a deliveroo voucher.
