Any recommendations for cycling specific physio dealing with Patellar tendonitis and other knee pains? Plus back problems too.
I had “possible” patella tendonitis. I run a lot a cycle a fair bit. The doc proscribed 3 remedies 1) very expensive custom foot beds (instant improvement) 2) foam roller (sorted IT band) 2) these declined squats (helped a lot)
