Well it’s relatively ‘cheap’ compared to Hackney where many people are moving from. That’s expensive for that part as it’s been ‘done’.
Gone are the days though round here you could swap a one bed in stoke newington for a house. Friends did that 7 years ago, bought for 325 sold 5 years later for 815!?!

I assumed that Walthamstow was so popular as it was relatively "cheap". Just looking at this and I was obviously wrong.
