Him complaining about the arms was the funniest bit as he was choking up on the shafts (oh, er) so much that the work load must have doubled.
The puck lift thing; how does he know what causes the puck to adhere to the screen rather than the portafilter? Mine can go either way and doesn't seem to affect the pour.
No pre-infusion is kind of odd to me.
He missed the part about the perceived looseness of the portafilter being inherent in the design as it immediately tightens up when pulling the shot.
He says it's finicky yet from what I've read a pump machine has a much smaller window for a good shot and obviously requires much more upkeep to make sure you can still open that window.
It sounds a bit like he approached it in a way like Hoffmann did, not reading all through the manual...
