https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/85725262#/ - the outside space is the selling point basically, its sort-of unique in that, theres no adjoining walls with any neighbours, and a good outdoor space, at the sacrifice of indoor space obviously, but at the lower end of the (London) market.

It seems odd that you had that interest before but so little now.
Covid and lockdowns have changed the game in terms of what people are interested in but if people were prepared to offer five times then your place can't be one of these places that seem to have become pretty much unsellable.
That was traditionally the case. In this current market - God knows tbh.
Don't worry about switching agents being harsh. They're not bringing in viewings. Maybe tell them you'll switch unless they get some buyers knocking on your door?
