I'm looking to install a 2x10 M6000 groupset on my Soma Tradesman and I'm stumped about the front derailleur choices. I know that given the cable routing on the frame I need either and FD-T6000-H-3 or FD-T6000 with the deciding factor being the chainstay angle. I've done some searching but haven't be able to find a means of measuring or calculating this. Anyone have any thoughts?
Howdy all,
I'm looking to install a 2x10 M6000 groupset on my Soma Tradesman and I'm stumped about the front derailleur choices. I know that given the cable routing on the frame I need either and FD-T6000-H-3 or FD-T6000 with the deciding factor being the chainstay angle. I've done some searching but haven't be able to find a means of measuring or calculating this. Anyone have any thoughts?
Misc. Info:
Seatube Angle - 69.4°
Chainstay Length - 455
BB Drop - 77
FD-T6000 - 66-69°
FD-T6000-H-3 - 63-66°
Cheers!
