Yes they are.
But this one has 58cm seattube, that one is 55.5 as I wrote before.I don't want a giraffe seatpost.

@PhilDAS is right, they're the same size. Just looking at the size of the head tube you can see it's the same size and therefore the ST is the same size. ask the other seller to re-measure (they must have measured wrong) and you'll see
