Sounds like it’s something to do with the dial then and COVID doesn’t help either. My AD said it takes up to 2 months for full service but they prioritise warranty repairs, so it should be about 3-4 weeks. I’m interested to see how long it’ll take. And also hoping the shop will be open as normal when the watch comes back so I can finally try some Rolex models and see if it’s for me.
Had to go into Harrods due to it being their edition but don't know where they sent it, was definitely in the UK though as they told me that. Waited along time then Harrods messaged me to say that it was going to be a bit longer as Rolex need to order a part from Geneva. I was like, well it only needs one part and that's the dial!
