My BB58 is going to Tudor for repair under warranty. Not even 1 month old, still with stickers. It doesn’t always engage to the first position when unscrewing the crown, the winding feels stiff and the rotor spins when winding the watch. Apparently common ETA 2824 problems. Interested to see how quick they’ll be able to get it fixed.
Doubt it'll be quick. Sent my Harrods off, in brand new condition for a dial swap due to missed printing and got an email eventually, took 3.5 months. Not sure if it was longer due to the model because of the green on the dial. Haven't picked it up yet due to covid.
Geez, that’s long time! Do you know where it was sent to? I dropped mine off today and the AD said it’ll be back before Christmas for sure. I don’t know how he knows that but hopefully he’s right!
