Son warranty service is great, only problem is you lose the hub for a couple of weeks.
I was cheap and bought my hub through German eBay to save £20 or something, warrantied through SJS so I bought another from them as stand in while original was away.
Rode straight into a rural canal once and can confirm the lights are well sealed. Stand licht was still glowing as I dragged my bike out.
