Plenty of framebuilders printing lugs (usually on Renishaw) and then using them either to braze or bond frames (Bastion, Robot/Atherton, Sturdy cycles and many others)
Huhn print in Stainless steel and then TIG weld 853 or 953 tubes into the lugs
The results are reasonably attractive as you can achieve some clean lines
