Was planning to build some deore mavic wheels soonish, but I just need a cheap rear wheel to get it rolling really

I have tried a cheap shinano 130 wheel but it slips under power

Be the skewer every time, fit a Shimano

Tried a better skewer and seemed fine until I tried to force it with full power kinda thing and slipped a bit :/
