Have always just used a standard road rear, 130mm. More options for 11s if that's your thing.

What's your budget? Tubeless or not?

Use it 130mm, far easier to get a wheel pre built.

I have tried a cheap shinano 130 wheel but it slips under power

Used to have that same problem. Fixed it with hope steel skewers, others will swear by Shimano... But it's not the hub width.

That has nothing to do with the 5mm difference

I would just get the Hurdy Gurdy chain tensioner.

Be the skewer every time, fit a Shimano

Tried a better skewer and seemed fine until I tried to force it with full power kinda thing and slipped a bit :/
