I need to add ~20mm to a steer tube for a total stack height of 75mm. Have got a 90mm expander plug that I’m guessing would hold an additional 20mm piece as well quite firmly

thanks to @Jeromeo I got some forks I could scavenge!
extended steerer by 15mm as below using 90mm expander bung...
I think this is safe...as safe as a quil stem, plus has the added safety of the retainer bolt on the stem I'm using...a tall stack stem with a single bolt at the bottom, which will clamp on the original steerer anyway (so not stem bolt on the piece of extended steer tube).
If you've cut down a steer tube (carbon or alloy) and still have the off cut can I have it?
I need at least 20mm but will take any length over that
