Up for sale is my barely used BONT Riot road cycling shoes. I've bought them brand new about 2 weeks ago, but unfortunately some knee pain came with it. As Im recovering from an overworked ITB it was hard to isolate, but after playing around with cleat position and insoles, this shoe just has too much arch support for my flat feet. These shoes got great reviewes all around, just not for the flat footed :) Should have read the reviews thoroughly.
Done about 100 miles on them in total.
Heated up to heat mould it, only tried to do something about the arch part, but that part of the shoe isnt designed to be mouldable. The heat moulding is a repeatable process on these shoes according to the manufacturer.
Small scratch on one heel (see pics) from coming down on some steep stairs and usual marks on soles you'd expect from a shoe with a shiny bottom that you took on a few rides.
Original thin insole comes with it.
£33, pick up around Old Street, happy to bike a bit to meet up. Will post at buyers cost.
Don't worry about formatting, just type in the text and we'll take care of making sense of it. We will auto-convert links, and if you put asterisks around words we will make them bold.
Tips:
Create headers by underlining text with ==== or ----
To *italicise* text put one asterisk each side of the word
To **bold** text put two asterisks each side of the word
Embed images by entering: ![](https://www.google.co.uk/images/srpr/logo4w.png) That's the hard one: exclamation, square brackets and then the URL to the image in brackets.
* Create lists by starting lines with asterisks
1. Create numbered lists by starting lines with a number and a dot

For syntax highlighting, surround the code block with three backticks:
```
Just like Github, a blank line must precede a code block.
