After a Shimano 11spd rear road derailleur (5800/6800 or 7000/8000 series all fine), short or med cage. Black not silver, and ideally in reasonable cosmetic condition.
Also after a Shimano freehub compatible 11spd road cassette, something in the 11-28/32 sort of size and a chain to go with. Some wear okay as it'll be going on a bike that won't do many miles.
Budget on the lower end. Used or new are both okay. Cheers
