• Regarding the Timefactors chat upthread, I've heard that Eddie's customer service can occasionally be rather stereotypically Grumpy Yorkshireman, but I have to say I've never had cause to complain.

    I managed to brave the quirks of his ordering process and order one of these on Sunday, which arrived today; it's really rather nice:

  • Very cool, TF are great value. Eddie’s clearly a great watchmaker but if he could just let someone take the reigns of the admin side he could be so much more productive.

    Thanks @PawG @jv if I could only buy watches from the late 60’s to the mid 70’s I’d be a happy (but bankrupt) boy.

  • Yeah, I suspect he's hit that awkward point for a small business where he's too successful for one person to manage, but not quite big enough to support the extra people he clearly needs (at least in his own mind - the fact that he's selling hundreds of watches in about five minutes every time he opens his online shop suggests he probably could?).
