Regarding the Timefactors chat upthread, I've heard that Eddie's customer service can occasionally be rather stereotypically Grumpy Yorkshireman, but I have to say I've never had cause to complain.
I managed to brave the quirks of his ordering process and order one of these on Sunday, which arrived today; it's really rather nice:
Very cool, TF are great value. Eddie’s clearly a great watchmaker but if he could just let someone take the reigns of the admin side he could be so much more productive.
