• My BB58 is going to Tudor for repair under warranty. Not even 1 month old, still with stickers. It doesn’t always engage to the first position when unscrewing the crown, the winding feels stiff and the rotor spins when winding the watch. Apparently common ETA 2824 problems. Interested to see how quick they’ll be able to get it fixed.

  • Yeah it does. I’m just saying these problems were apparently common on the ETA movements. I think I even had that same problem on Christopher Ward diver (Sellita/ETA). Tudor says it needs repair, CW said all is good.

  • It is only some models, but the BB58 is an in-house movement. The BB36 et al are still ETAs though.
