Ok. That just means getting in the habit of pumping it up when wheel is mounted in the frame. I normally don't like that because if you didn't fix it properly or your replaced inner tube is faulty you need to start all over.
If you use SKS mudguards you can use their “secu-clips” (that normally only come with their front mudguards as a security measure against snagging something) as a quick release. This is what I have done on Purplebob™️. It is not sexy but this is not necessarily the sexy bike thread.
