Hi - we get sent little reports from pre-school with x did this and they always include pics - I've asked the pre-school and they've confirmed and resent..

I can't ever seem to get the pics, even using quicklook, saving the doc and using a PDF viewer etc instead usually little question mark boxes come up randomly which I assume could be the pics..

Any way to actually see them>

Have you got some form of ad-blocker or similar? Some can block image hosts. Have you tried on different internet connections?

don't think so and in previous years with older brother we used to receive ok...havent tried an alternative internet connection
