  • Arguably the best sandwich. So incredibly versatile, you can have them for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I present last night's evidence, we had them with a salad and then ate the left-overs for lunch.

    It's not metabolism, @amey . All you need is a bit of discipline to limit your intake of unhealthy food.

    My french wife just said Putain!

    I prefer croque madame (soft fried egg on top) or a monte cristo. You take a croque monsieur, dip it in egg, and then fry it in butter.

    Amazing, but you won't fit into Rapha kit any more...
