Richest lists never include political leaders. But yes. IIRC, I have seen estimate of $15 Billion.

This watch is based on the 6159-7001 from 1968 (via the Marinemaster 300 model - the bracelet is very much like the MM300's).

The SKX007 owes more to the "Willard" 6105-8110 and the 6309 "Turtle" from the mid-70s (Willard style crown guard, Turtle hands).
