I may just pick up a discounted Intel Mac mini somewhere as they are still decent plus have eGPU support which ARM Macs do not.
Despite my constant badgering Apple are moving further and further away from making my ideal Mac.

They had been doing that for me for 10 years and now they are getting back on track. I was starting to look outside the apple ecosystem but now it does look like they will get another big chunk of change from me.
