if I'm honest I'm not sure there's any recommendation - With the rack used as the first spacer, I've got 8cm bar to tire clearance, 10.5cm bar to rim edge clearance, 5cm bag to tire clearance. With the rack stability and HDPE sheet in the bag itself I assume there's some room to play

Bump, not sure if I can go lower as oughta keep it for any cheaper

Also re clearances and bag rub, I only got some bottom rub as I ran the bag loose with no decaleur, heavily loaded, causing some sag for my first few days. Now with the decaleur, should suit all bikes fine
