I found it by seeing that Winkworth had a house for sale there, checking which area the parking zone covered and then using Winkworth's website to locate the street.

Funny, I could swear that's been done, but can't find any trace of it. Maybe it's just because it's the sort of thing that you expect must have been done by now. It's good to see that there are still such obvious omissions. I still think we'll never run out of tags in London.
