Looking tidy. Do you use a couple of wraps of the rubber tape for a snug fit inside the hose guide clip or a little bit just enough to quieten things down?

You the right thing. The array of hubs, brakes, bolts and skewers on the rear is totally class!

I've got a pair of CK hoops with green hubs and purple nipples...

They’re currently wrapped for a snug fit in Tesa cloth tape (the kind you loom automotive wiring with) for easy removal as I’ll be sending the brake to Hope for a refurb soon.

Thanks for the tips on that 👍 I'll get the silicone/rubber tape and wrap as snug as i can without having to force the clips on or make them potentially prone to popping off. And those bars look even better when the sunlight catches the carbon 👌

@MisterMikkel Got a 50mm one on the way already, along with slimmer black ESI grips.

Would have been nice with a top loader stem, but I haven't seen one of those with a 31.8 mm clamp.
The Thomson is going to look very good I reckon!

Finally got round to filling and bleeding the rear brake.

Stays haven’t crumpled under hard bedding-in, looks like the ‘stressed member’ inside-rear-triangle tabs have worked out...

As mentioned, it rides like floating on a cloud of Anne Widdecombes. With the bonus that they’re filled with creamy sealant milk and not proletariat tears.

Very nice. What pressures are you running? I was amazed at how low you can go.

Currently running 25psi front, 28 rear. Mostly road & well-trodden bits of Epping.
