    I've never heard of 'H-G & B', but the frame looks OK - what a pity about the refinishing which looks like an example of the reason why old bike frames should never be powder coated!

  • I bought a collection only bike from Ebay a few months back and the seller kindly dropped it at their LBS. For a £20-30 fee the shop packed it up nicely and I had a courier pick it up. Can’t remember exactly, think it was more like £20. [Think the courier would charge £20 to deliver a box first but you’d then need the seller to pack it. LBS obviously have plenty of boxes!] So around £45 all in for packing and courier. Worked pretty well. Think you’ll struggle to find a courier that will transport a bike unpacked.
