I had what seemed to be sciatica at the end of July and I've been slowly recovering but still having issues with it. Waiting on the result of an MRI but the last time I spoke to a physio I was told not to ride for longer than twenty minutes at a time :/
(I did a two hour ride yesterday because I'm a bad patient mind - an hour of yoga too though).
We're doing the viewings too, which is probably lucky in a way as only one of us can be in for them because Covid. Actually, that's not quite true, one of us can sit in the garden...
So suggestions for lockdown activities outside of the home that take up a lot of time gratefully received! I think we're going to split the day up and do a morning/afternoon each.
