Not very hip, but upon Hoffman’s recommendation, I told my dad to buy some beans from James Gourmet.
He has since waxed lyrical about their Brazilian espresso. It’s so cheap. He also called them to tell them what he was looking for out of the coffee and he told me they were incredibly helpful.
They have a huge range of beans spanning all roast profiles (including dark @Jonny69 !) but they have lighter stuff too.

Haven’t bought any Round Hill in ages, that’s a great shout - ordered 1kg of the other beans so will order some from them too. Thanks for jogging my memory 🙂
