I would be celebrating with a Philly Cheesesteak tonight.

When I lived in KS I used to get a Philly Cheesesteak from one of the campus restaurants for lunch pretty much every day. It wasn't my healthiest time on this planet.

I'm gonna get absolutely sloshed later, if they call it today.

The thing is, America has put itself in such a position that what they do affects just about everyone, which is why we all tend to take an interest to some degree.

This is gonna cost me £50 as I had a bet some months back with a friend from Vegas, when I was sure that Trump would win comfortably. I’ve never been more pleased to cough up. At least I can sit back with beer and popcorn and watch the orange goblin implode. S’gonna be funs.

I did too, a vegan one.

Regretfully still off the booze this lockdown.

What's the odds on this ending with a White House standoff, with Trump and his weird children drinking Kool-Aid in the Oval Office just before the National Guard manage to brush aside the Proud Boy neckbeard militia (Ivanka has escaped through the window)?

It might be far-fetched but I'll quote this post in January and you'll wonder why I didn't put money on it.

Is there any other way for him to end it after all his grandstanding? I find it hard to imagine him doing one of those awkward living roomhandover meetings now.

No idea. I've (thinks) never been to PA.

I used to fly in to an airport, get a rental car, drive to a customer site, sometimes stay in an identikit hotel, drive rental car back to airport, fly "home" (to one of two places that never really felt like home). It was all a bit of a blur (plus it was nigh on 20 years ago).

For sure they’ll at least vandalise the place when they leave.

It’s like when you move into a place and the previous lot have taken the lightbulbs.

My bet is he’ll stay in the WH until he’s convinced he can’t win. Then he’ll relocate to maralago ASAP, to bring in all the $ he can.

I had such a big lead in all of these states late into election night, only to see the leads miraculously disappear as the days went by. Perhaps these leads will return as our legal proceedings move forward!

I feel his fans are so delusional at this point though he could completely flip it, step out, concede and give a nice little handover speech and they’d all applaud him and claim him as the most respectful and gracious to have lived
