Good to know the sort of ratio that might turn up, thanks. We've got 26 confirmed over next weekend, plus 13 who definitely want to see it but we've ran out of slots for that weekend now. And one request for a virtual viewing from a cash buyer who has just sold her place locally but is currently in Somerset.
They haven't even grammed it yet and the feature went up today but hasn't been promoted, so there's the potential for plenty more I think.

That's good news - we had 50+ confirmed viewings - 30ish showed up and we moved forward with 3 offers (pre SD holiday). Fingers crossed you can create some sweet upward price pressure
