Yes Biden is up around 5000 votes with the remaining 130,000 votes thought to heavily favour Biden. FiveThirtyEight suggesting that in the end Biden might win by about 65,000-70,000 votes

NBC just referred to Biden as President Elect. I'd love to have seen Trump's face...
