In NC Biden would need ~70% of the remaining ballots (estimated), that's not impossible given what is happening in GA and PA with mail in ballots.
There hasn't been an update to the NC numbers for 19 hours.
NC also accepts ballots postmarked 3rd November as long as they're received by 12th November. Until they get an idea of the flow of incoming votes it's too risky to call it.
"
The state will not start counting any absentee ballots or early votes cast in person after Oct. 29 until Nov. 10, making Alaska the last state to count absentee ballots in the country.
"AK will count ballots postmarked on the 3rd but not received until the 13th (for those in the US) and 18th (for AK residents living outside the US).
Too many comments to go through to see if this has been answered but the problem here is that if they call another state they have to call Biden as the winner. If they wanted to call another state and not declare Biden the winner, they have to retract the Arizona call. Rock/hard place situation
