I see. Columbus does nice R800 bend seat tubes in 550mm. They might have started making them longer now. I had one made custom for my MTB - 600mm I think. Stayer ordered 10 directly from Columbus. Maybe get in touch with Sam and ask if he will sell you one.

Exactly what I'm planning to use, the seattube in the second image is a ZON113550110F. If anything it's a bit long actually. Can't cut the top because of the external butting, so the bend already is a tad lower than it'd ideally be. But I also need to take into account the maximum extension of the PNW Rainier.

That's the 31.6 option, one of his bent 4130 tubes with that insert.
But I'm going with the 27.2 option. I prefer the look and it saves the nasty surprise of a bad exchange rate and higher than expected customs charges.
