I have no idea I'm afraid! I've never owned a Rapha Jersey.
I only had a chance to get a 40km ride in today so not exactly an exhaustive test but with a long sleeve jersey underneath it was a pretty good temperature. It seems fairly breathable so even when I was putting a bit more effort in I didn't get too much of a sweat on, not as boil in the bag as you might think.
I think with a short sleeve jersey underneath it'd be fine a few degrees warmer and with a midlayer you'd be fine a fair few degrees colder. Will report back when I've had a chance to test it out a bit more! -
It’s quite different. It’s got the polar tec alpha insulation stuff like the gilet so it’s warm, but it doesn’t have a membrane so it breathes well with less wind protection. It’s for when I’m the weather’s cold though rather than mild. Like down
That said I don’t have the wind block jersey, i might get it as you seem to really rate it
First ride in my Brevet insulated jacket today. First impressions are good, kept me at a comfortable temperature for the whole ride with a thin (Ali Express Rapha knock off) long sleeve jersey underneath at about 8°. Didn't overheat climbing and didn't get too cold descending. The only minor issue is that because the two pockets are totally sealed with a zip, they produced a fair bit of condensation, I've just ordered a small dry bag to stop my phone getting drowned.
