That style of cantilever chinup bar is much better than the other types. Keeps the chinup section a lot higher and allows you to clear the door frame. You've got decent height above the door frame too.
Been using mine for years.
Just make sure that the small hooks are seated correctly at the top of your door frame. -
At least there is a sense that it is holding onto something.
Recieved this today, scares me.

Where did you order this from? I have a similar designed one I've been using for years but when I tried to find another one to recommend to my friends I couldn't.
