Sorry, was confusing what you were asking. I think you are referring to the track parallel to Upland Road. There’s a gate about 200 metres from the road, if that’s closed you can’t use it. There’s an easy alternative, head north up Slines Oak road to the farm, then you can use Upland Road which is a bridleway.

It’s part of the National Cycle Network so no problem to ride it.
