I normally buy 90% of stuff used on eBay or Forums but this time It’s at the lbs being built, I’m not gonna faff with internal wiring / routing and rebleeding myself
Total bill of parts is about £500 ( at a good discount under retail and no labour costs as they are good friends) and good thing is I can sell all my unused bits for slightly more than that so I’ll have saved money overall

if you are not in a hurry, lightly used stuff on ebay/FB marketplace is plenty
not having a go at you, I was. in a similar situation; having to build up a Di2 only frame with 1x; I 'compiled' a whole groupset for about £550-£600 incl everything. The slightly older stuff is very cheap; the best value thing to do right now is XT Di2 rear mech with ST-R785 shifters. Again only possible with hawk's eyes on ebay/FB marketplace/other classifieds and a desk job.
