Yeah, I’ve actually stopped making espresso altogether a long time ago (and finally sold the machine last weekend). Filter/Piston only nowadays and the mc2 is great for that. The less I touch that grind adjustment knob the better!

Gah, I don't want to go this way cuz I love my Gaggia but I've only used my machine half a dozen times since I got the Aeropress... Booooo!!!
