I’m not sure there are any. If you look up thread I wondered about lapping City Airport.
Victoria Park is OK. Riding around the outer park roads was really good mid-lockdown 1. Noticeably less traffic and some calming measures... which got removed and now traffic is worse than ever LOL.
Did a few of these this morning. OK, but not great for traffic. Hoping it gets better in the new lockdown, but won’t hold my breath.

Thanks, I wanted to ask about this.
Does anyone have any other routes/loops that are quiet in the mornings around east? I'm still trekking it to Regents which was great when I was in the office nearby, but it takes me longer to get there and back then the time I spend actually cycling there.
