The traffic on the lower Richmond road has been static for an hour and a half now. Last commute or accidents everywhere?

Didn't see an accident when I rode through 2 hours ago. It was stationary then as well. Every road was solid on my commute today.

I've seen comments from people that it's because everyone is trying to get out of town before lockdown, and heading West is solid.
