from the bleed nipple (or fitting) ?
Shimano bleed nipples work by the bottom being jammed against a narrowing in the calliper fluid tunnel. The rubber seal is only for when it is open. So before anything else, try to tighten the nipple a bit more...

Bleed nipple I think given the rest of the calliper is dry... it's not pissing out or anything but between 9am this morning and 5pm there was a noticeable dab on a piece of paper. I'd only noticed it when I left it for a week after bleeding the brakes and saw fluid on the garage floor next to the bike that definitely wasn't there before. I'll tighten it a bit more in a bit, clean it up again and see.

My ultegra disc callipers are leaking fluid from the nipple. Anyone had this before? Is it a new seal needed? New calliper? It’s done up tight but the lbs mechanic was crack handed with it before so not sure if he was able to mess something up.
