Annoyingly though half of the rooms have a double socket, ethernet and coax connection four foot up the wall for some unexplained reason.

Wall mounted TVs?

Well that's what you'd assume but they haven't done it in the living room or dining room where I'm actually thinking of wall mounting a tv but have done it in some of the bedrooms and kitchen.
