Thanks all. Thankfully the upstairs doesn't need much work aside from a new ensuite and decorating, so I figure that'll be the living quarters while I carry out the rest of the work downstairs.
Holding off on the rear of the house until the new year at least as I'm not sure I fancy taking the roof off and being without builders with another lockdown.
