Has anyone got tips for sharpening scissors with a stone? I had a go at sorting out the hair dressing scissors my girlfriend has earlier and they're noticeably sharper than when I started but still not great.
Depending on the scissors, you will probably need to work the whole of the flat side and the bevel side of the blade, then remove the burrs. Because of this your stones will need to be super flat, or use a large and high quality diamond stone.
