They don’t need to be beautiful artisan knives, but easy to look after and well made....what I should be looking for.
Victorinox Fibrox:
https://www.knivesandtools.co.uk/en/ct/victorinox-fibrox-kitchen-knives.htmYou need three knives:
- One paring knife.
- One chefs knife.
- One bread knife.
- One paring knife.
I’m after some advice please.
I want a couple of good quality kitchen knives for general use and that will last me years. They don’t need to be beautiful artisan knives, but easy to look after and well made.
I’ve been looking at these two options -
https://www.procook.co.uk/product/procook-x100-vg10-damascus-knife-set-2-piece-chef
and
https://www.knivesfromjapan.co.uk/knives-c1/knife-sets-c13/kasumi-damascus-2-piece-knife-set-p1005
The first option as well as being slightly cheaper also comes with another santoku knife free.
Not really a knife porn post, sorry, but not sure what I should be looking for.
Thanks.
