My favourite thing about the Fibrox knives is how well they sharpen and keep an edge. Ours are typically shaving sharp if I keep on top of them.

I’m after some advice please.
I want a couple of good quality kitchen knives for general use and that will last me years. They don’t need to be beautiful artisan knives, but easy to look after and well made.
I’ve been looking at these two options -

The first option as well as being slightly cheaper also comes with another santoku knife free.
