So, is it worth sitting up tomorrow night to watch things unfold - how quickly do they get results out?

On the night, it's possibly only worth staying up in the slight hope of a Biden landslide or to see Trump trying to call it for himself and stop the counts. Unlikely to be a result, but very possibly the start of a constitutional shitshow.
